Requesting a Landscape Design  -  We are here to help with the Process
 

We ask you for a Plot Plan of your property, sometimes it is called a Mortgage Survey.

Please review this Plan and note any changes made since the initial drawing.  (Example: septic tanks, walks, drives, angle of  home, decks, out buildings, pool, etc.) 

You will need to specify the area you would like us to concentrate on. 

Bring in your pictures or take digital's showing the surrounding area. Also take close shots of your home for detailed color, and of your windows and woodwork.  Then take a shot from the road to portray the main focal point. 

Compile a list, if possible, of plants outlining Color, Texture, Fragrance and Height that you would like us to incorporate. (Form Below) This list may have only  1 item or 20+.  Compile a 2^nd list, of any plants you absolutely don't want to see. 

A scaled 2D drawing of your property is compiled, proposing the layout of your site. 

This conceptual drawing, is now of engineering standard, and ready for implementation in whole, or phased.
